In 1993, I compiled an Excel spreadsheet of non-VanSickle surnames found in the 1880 book. The index matches the 1880 book reprint which I got from Gene VanSickle.
I'll email the 113K file to anyone who wants it.
Gene may have gotten carried away on a few topics and appears to have been "less than scholarly", but I'll always be grateful to him for getting me connected to the book. His daughter, Sue VanSickle Shepley, was (I thought) going to take over his add-on books--but I don't know if that took place.
