Believe it or not - I was hoping someone would find what you quoted about palentologist and genealogist amusing.

It is an example of circular reasoning so often practiced by "experts".

It came right out of an encylopedia. If you would like to read it, I will attempt to locate the name of the enclopedia but it will take some time.
