I found a wonderful book written by Rinear Van Hoosear. It is A Complete Genealogy of the Van Hoosear family and descendants. He also wrote a book about the PHilo, Pillo, Fillow Phillo Family. I found a y of the book from the Fairfield History and Genealogy Center in Fairfield near Southport, CT..

I was honored and thrilled to see a folder of his original research. It was very small pieces of paper, each filled completely. Perhaps they had a paper shortage. = ) Wow I would love to meet this family!

A friend of ours from long ago had the last name of Rinear. I remember meeting them up at Tanglewood Music Center. I had no idea the name was so rare. I am sure they haved moved on...but perchance?.. if anyone one happens to read this and is related, please have them contact us.
The book was published in 1902. One might find it on the internet or via Rare Books, etc. Good LucK! Ardith Newbold beaknbill@mac.com
My family names include: Osborn, Gregory, Taylor, Van Hoosear, Selleck, Pi
