I also am looking for an Isaac Vannarman (Van Norman) born in Pennsylvania. Mine would have perhaps been your Isaac's son? He was born about 1795 in PA. and married a woman named Harriett, who may have been his second wife due to the age difference. She would have been born around 1814 in New York. They had at least four known children:
James, Daniel, Ella, and either Elmer or Emma (name isn't legible on the 1870 Stearns County, Mn. census).
Does any of this connect?
