I'm looking for a Sallie Vann with the approximate birthdate of 1786-1800. She was the first wife of Caleb Warren of Haywood Co TN (b. 1786 Edgecombe Co NC) . She was the mother of his oldest son born in 1814 in either NC or TN, and probably died shortly thereafter.
A blind search on Google turns up a Sallie Vann on the Cherokee Indian registers, but I don't know if that is the one I'm looking for. Oddly, Caleb Warren's second wife's name (Tempie Strickland), also turns up in a blind Google search on the Cherokee registers.
I would appreciate any information. Thanks.
