Hi,
I am not sure if I talked to you before or not, but Benjamin Edsall VanHouten was my gr,grandfather.

Serepta Van Houten married Harrison Tiffin as his 3rd wife.
Mary Ann Van Houten married Harrison Tiffin as his 2nd wife
(Serepta's sister, after Mary passed away with child birth)
Melessa Bledsoe married Harrison Tiffin as his 1st wife. When he came back from the Civil War She and 3 of their children had died. Carrie one of their daughters lived, and he had 4 children with Mary. He had 10 children with Serepta. He committed Suicide Nov. 05, 1896 by slitting his own throat under a corn crib on his property. I have information confirming this. He was my Gr, grandfather from his daughter with Mary Ann Van Houten,, Sarah Hannah Tiffin, who married William Harrison Wallage. my grandparents on my father Victor Leon Wallage side. My maiden name is Wallage.
