Cnarles, I don't know of a Nelson, but most of the Parrish's of Macon came from John Henderson Parrish and Ruth Ann Casrrington Parrish from Orange Co. NC. I have been working on this too. John Henderson's father was William. Some Say the family goes back to Joel Parrish in Spotsavania Co. VA. It is a large family.
