Looking for two relatives-Matthew Van Hook and Sarah Van Hook

I am looking to find two cousins. Matthew and Sarah Van Hook. Ages are 29 and 25 if my information is correct. Their parents are a Jeffrey Van Hook and Debbie(no surname known). Last residence was in Texas(city unknown). Had lived in Tallmadge OH when very young. Father and mother were both in the USMC at one time. I am oldest cousin and have a brother named James Van Hook. We have been looking for quite some time to reunite with Matthew and Sarah.
