The name Fane is spelt variously Fane, Vane, and Fayne. I would appreciate anything on this family of Badesell,Kent. Sir Thomas married Mary Neville (Baroness le Despencer), they had a son Francis, 1st Earl of Westmorland, born 1 Feb 1580. Sir Thomas owned a Furnace(Iron working Industry).
