You might try over in Montgomery Co., Ks next to Labette Co., Ks where Parsons is. I know some VanDyne's moved there from Wells Co., Indiana and I have a few of them. Two VanDyne sisters married Nevius brothers. James Nevius and his wife moved to Montgomery Co along with some VanDynes. You can also send off for birth and death records from Topeka Kansas.
