I would write to the City Clerk of Scranton, PA to obtain Mary Frances' death certificate. Do not believe the fact no records were kept. If death records were kept on the county level am sure the City Clerk will inform you where to inquire. The fact that one of her sons was named William Wallace might indicate that she was a Wallace.
