Thanks Karen for your interest in helping us. So sorry about your affliction & we hope you can overcome it. The only Dutch person we have in mind is Cornelius Van Dyke who came over about 1790 at about age 16. We have a birth date as March 7th 1774. Where he lived is beleived to be New York. By 1810 he apparently left New York, as he's not found in the Census. His wife was Sarah Soper. Both Paul Van Dyke & us have been searching for many years without any luck as to his positive parentage.
