John,
I have been researching the VanDyke genealogy. The book by Hill can be read online by typing in Google G.Morgan Hill's books and you can either download, read or they give you the names of some bookstores to obtain the book.
I would be willing to share what I have, I have just started working on it and have not researched for accuracy yet but some of the info I have came from my husbands grandfather who was Frank Benjamin Van Dyke from Missouri.
