Van Dyke history from Church records.

Some Van Dyke history is found in Reverand G. Morgan Hills's "History of the Church in Burlington, New Jersey" This starts with Thomas Janse Van Dyke and lists some of his dscendants. I would like a lead on locating this book if possible. Thank you
