I am searching for other descendants of Johannes Vanderzand to compare information with and create a better genealogy record.

I believe that Johannes Vanderzand was born in Amsterdam in the mid 1800's and that he married Maude Kommer who is also believe to have been born in Amsterdam in the mid 1800's.

The are believed to have had three children in Grand Rapids, Michigan: Dennis Vanderzand, born about 1892; John Vanderzand, born about 1890; and Peter Vanderzand.

John married Mary Imense, who was believed to have been born in the Netherlands, on June 15, 1911 in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Pete is believed to have been married although no details are known.

Dennis married Merle Hanover, who is believed to have been born in Cadillac, Michigan, October 17, 1914 in Grand Rapids, Michigan. They are believed to have had three children in Grand Rapids, Michigan: Robert Vanderzand, born October 19, 1919; Ruth Vanderzand, born about 1917; and my grandmother Esther Vanderzand, born November 12, 1915.

Robert married Boqueen Jaqueline Ingham and they had two children: Daryl Vanderzand and Dennis Vanderzand.

Ruth married Lynn Earl Marble and they had four children: Lynda Marble, Bonnie Marble, Gary Marble and Larry Marble.

If you are a part of this family I would like to exchange information with you.

Thanks
Brett
