My great grandfather Edmund Andrew van der Sluys / Vandersluys migrated to Australia around 1860. His father was John who was born in Stepney London in 1790. In turn his father was John born in Cornwall in 1758 who was the son of Lambertus van der Sluys born St Lawrence Exeter Devon in 1732. I suspect Lamertus' father was Jan Lambregts van der Sluys born in South Holland in 1685, son of Lambregts Pieterse born 1645 in turn son of Pieter van der Sluys born 1620. If anyone is on the same line and can take me longer or broader I would be very appreciative.
