"The Settler," quarterly magazine published by Bradford Co (PA) Historical Society [ www.bradfordhistory.com ], features Anthony Vanderpool in the May 2007 issue ($4.95. Authors Richard McCracken and Terry Vanderpool note that Anthony with wife and 5 children (Willem, Anthony, Dirk, and twins Petrus and Maria) appear in 1790 census at Kinderhook, Columbia Co, NY. In 1793 a son Samuel was born in Asylum Twp, Bradford Co, PA. He may have spent part of the intervening couple of years at Oquaga (Windsor) NY.

As for one part of the Heeman connection: At an earlier post in this thread, Gerald Robison says his ancestor John Robison son of Lovina married Harriet Heeman, and John's half-sister married Harriet's brother.
