VANDERHOOF, Phyllis Ellen, age 87 years, passed away peacefully at Inglewood Lodge, West Vancouver on January 19th, 2008. Lovingly remembered by her son Dale (Jean) of New Zealand, daughter Sandi (Graham) Mackintosh, grandchildren Ngaire, Leona, Carole and Andrew, brother Russell Bliault, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Phyllis was predeceased by her loving husband Edward Herbert Vanderhoof in 1984. She will be sadly missed by all her friends and neighbours of over 55 years, in the same home at Manor Street, Vancouver. The family sincerely thanks all the staff at Inglewood Manor and Upper Terrace who provided such wonderful care for Phyllis. In lieu of flowers, donations in Phyllis's memory may be made to Alzheimer's Society, CKNW Orphan's Fund or a charity of your choice. A funeral Service will be held at Hollyburn Funeral Home, 1807 Marine Drive, West Vancouver, B.C. on Monday, January 28, 2008 at 10:30am.
