I am looking for either Cornelius Philip Vanderhoof or Philip Vanderhoof or A. Philip Vanderhoof. Wife's name Jerusha Morrison. I believe they came from New Jersey, then again maybe NY. There is a Jerusha Vanderhoof listed in Michigan but she is not the right Jerusha. I am at my wits end on this family... Philip and Cornelius came to Wabash County Illinois in 1816 or 1817 says the "History of Edwards, Lawrence & Wabash Counties, Illinois". The book also says that Cornelius brought into the precinct a family of 5 children: Cornelius Jr., Louis, Harvey, Anna & Caroline. Have you ran accross any of these names? Thanks 4 listening.
