Thank you for your response.
The John N. Vanderford Family I'm researching is a different branch, I believe.
John N. was the son of Jesse Vanderford b. 11 Nov 1822 in Ross Co., Ohio. John b. 22 June 1852 in Dallas Co., MO.
Married Rachel Jane Clark 28 April 1872.
They had 8 children who lived to adulthood>
Wm "Ed", Lillian, Carrie, John Lemuel, James Jesse Arthur,
Nora Rachel, Myrtle,& Martin Luther.
a large part of the family moved to Estancia, Torrence Co., NM. about 1906. John N. died 8 April 1923 in McIntosh, NM.
I can't find a Thomas Vanderford in any of my data.
