Does anyone out there have knowledge of Vanderfords in New Mexico?
John N. & Rachel J. Clark Vanderford and some members of their family migrated from Polk Co., Mo. to N.M. in the early 1900's.
John N. died April 1923 in McIntosh, N.M. Rachel died 5 May in 1926 in Albuquerque. James Jesse Arthur died 18 Feb 1954 in Albuquerque & is buried at Ft. Sumner, DeBaca Co., N.M.
Wm "Ed" & wife Halla Vanderford were in Albuquerque in the 1940's, but I have no other information...
Would appreciate receiving any info...Thanks...Dixie
