Correction....you did not state a birth date of 1740 for the Hester I referred to....at this point, I do not have definitive data on when she was born, but am curious if you do.
I DO know that according the Vanderburgh compilation by McLoed, Henry with his family consisting of his Wife Sarah, his daughters Sarah and Hester and two grand children....were booked for passage down the Hudson to New York in Dec of 1777 and don't think he was ever back in in upstate NY, nor was Hester to marry Enos Bussey (unless there's something you know that I don't at this point). I wonder, also, who the grand children belonged to....
