Hi,
I'm currently researching a Henry Smith (1790-1874) and Leah Vandenbergh (1793-1876) who came from NY to MI. Information that I was given was that Henry's father was also a Henry and his father was a James. It is possible that this information is incorrect. Does anyone have a connection to this family? I am trying to find the generations back from Henry and Leah. Her parents were Gilbert (Gysbert) Vandenbergh and his wife Nellie (Neeltje).
