It may be a variation of the name. The Van Deman's have an English, Irish, and Dutch origin. The coat of arms spells the name Van Dieman. I have also seen the name spelled as Vandeman. I have not seen the variation Vardeman, but you are welcome to send me any other names in your tree, and I will see if they match any I have.
