I'm taking the chance that you are Cleta Jameson Terrell
It s been several years since we corresponded and it was about the Gilstrap line. Youe e mail address is hidden so hopefully you will read this.
Had forgotten your connection the Van Cleve/Cleave until I saw your posting, then I checked my files.
I have come across some information that says that Abner Lee Gilstrap ( brother to my grandfather) married a Hattie Van Cleave. I suspect the marriage was in Iowa but further research has been a dead end. Abner and his siblings have been a search item for many years.
No results to date.
Can you help???
