Dear Lee,

I'm trying to record ALL the Vances so as to be able to help people like you. I'd be very grateful for all the details you have about this family, if you wouldn't mind. A gedcom file is ideal as it saves re-typing and avoids errors. Would you mind passing on all your info?

If you could find a living male Vance, he could get a DNA test done - have you seen the site at http://www.vancegenealogy.com/index.php?

Hope to hear from you: jvans (at) dsl.pipex.com
Regards,
Jamie.
