Matilda Vancamp and Nathaniel Vannest

I am looking for descendants of Matilda Vancamp b. 1821 in Durham County, Ontario, Canada. She married Nathaniel Vannest on November 3, 1840 in Darlington Twp in Durham County. In the later 1840s they moved to Sanilac County in Michigan and built a hotel called The Globe. She is one of eleven siblings and I have been trying to find living descendants of all eleven.
Her parents were Jacob Vancamp and Mary Burke and her siblings were Jesse, James, Clarissa, Ezra, Richard, Samuel, Jane (Hulver Hulverson), Mary (Jared Tyker), Levious, and Joseph. All of the siblings stayed in Michigan except for Joseph who moved to Camus, Washington in the 1880s. The Vancamps lived mostly in Sanilac, Antrim, Kalkaska, and Muskegon Counties in Michigan.
