Hi Barbara,
I remember your grandfather, Archie Van Bibber. He was the brother of Effie Francis Van Bibber, my mother's step-mother. When I knew him, he was married to Grace Fisher.
Grace Fisher's brother, Virgil, married Archie's niece, Mildred Cutting (daughter of Effie Francis Van Bibber). Mildred had already been married twice, and I think that Virgil had been married before also.
