Van Bever or other spellings in WI

I am looking for a 'mystery man', Florian Van Bever. I am unsure of the spelling - but it should sound like that. He lived in Brown County, Wisconsin in the 1890's. His sister was married to a Verdell (or similar sounding name). He was supposed to have married a girl named Ida in the Catholic Church (probably St. Martin's) in Tonet about 1897 or 1898. The marriage was annulled - but there was a daughter born of the union. Ida married Anton Vincent in 1900 and he adopted Mary. Mary's children would like to find out more about Florian or his family. Does anyone out there have a Van Bever/Van Bibber family that was in Wisconsin about that time???
Thanks in advance.
