Thanks for the comment Linda but probably not. The old saw about three brothers who came into the states at the same time appears to be true in this case. GGFather of William Wallace was Canadian (by birth??) his sons came south into NY state. Two headed west to Minnesota. From the boys down we have a pretty solid track, but back beyond the parents marriage in Canada not a <expletive deleted> thing!

van Amber seems to be surpisingly common in Holland, but almost every vA I've run into here in the states is related to me after some fashion.... again, thanks for the thought.
