Hi, I came across your forum.Im Not sure if were related . my great grandma name was josephine and from what ive been told is that she ran off with my great grandpa and moved west changing their name to valverde from marin.. i would like to know more about my family so if you can help me out if were are from the same marin family.. i live in Orange County California and come from a very big family.. the Story behind our family and its roots have come to the surface to us at a recent family reunion... we have heard that our last name wasnt valverde and that it was rodriguez and then we heard it was Marin.... i am very interested in finding out more about who i am thank you please reply back
