Dear Lynn,
We are trying to find a lost tribe in our family. The man's name was Myer PACKER (b. 1899). He lived in Duluth, MN, and in the late 1920s he married a Luella from Wisconsin. Her surname may have been VALLEY.
Does any of this sound familiar to you? Can you guide us to other sources of VALLEY genealogy information?
