I am trying to help my daughter-in-law find some of her ancestors. So far, we have info on her grandfather, Joseph Albert Valle, b. 1877 in Washington Co., MO. His parents were Theodore Valle, b. Dec. 1849, and Mary Courtois. She feels sure they were from Ste. Genevieve Co., MO. Could Theodore have been a son of Louis Felix Valle, b. 1823 and d. 1857 in Ste. Genevieve? Louis Felix was son of Felix Valle and Odile Pratte, both of Ste. Genevieve Co., MO. Another possibility would be he was son of Francois Louis Valle and Louise Tessereau who married in Madison Co. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you.
