Thank you for your efforts in looking for my information. I am most happy to inform you that we have found the identity of my ancestor, his name was actually Thomas Mouncie Leverett. (not LeVart) He was found within the 1876 census info of Cape Girardea County Missouri, his second wife, Polly Serena Smith and the three older children.
However, in the 1880 Wayne Co, Missouri census the four children have all been placed in foster homes and no info on either parent. Speculation is that Serena did die in 1878 following the birth of her child, David Lloyd LeVart. And no trace of the father is found.
