This is a short follow-up on my posting on Ancestry.com There may be some information that doesn not clarify some of the contents. Please refer to this follow-up concerning the Valerios.

The information which I have obtained, and reserached out...lacks the original immigrations of the Valerios'...since from...New Mexico, it possibly jumps to Mexico, by verbalization to me. Since this is nothing more than verbalization, it may or may not be true, that migrations were from Mexico. I differ with this analysis, since New York State has many Valerios, as well as NJ. and some in Maryland - where I once lived as well.

The Valerio name goes back to Italy, so that it may be a Italian/Spanish mix of things. I have traced various very small Valerio villages/towns in Spain. I also suspect, that the migrations to the new world were not "exclusive through Mexico, up to New Mexico, as it is known today (2007). I believe some of the immigrations came straight thru Staten Island, NY. and possibly through Louisana, instead of through Mexico, since there is no proof of this either, other than "heresay and verbalization" received by me. That is all....
