Hi. I am the grandson of Jesus Valenzuela of the Cabana Trio from Phoenix, AZ. Looking for more information about my grandfather in that area during the height of his music career. They played on various radio stations like KTAR during the 1940s and performed for different entertainment functions (also in Los Angeles in his later years after he moved to Los Angeles). Most importantly, they recorded records on various labels. If anyone has any information on 1) where is my grandfather's lineage from (ie, in Mexico), 2) any ephemera or music records by/about the band, 3) anything that would lead me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated. I already have some of this type of info (pics) but looking anything else out there. Thanks!
