Seeking information about John Blackford, born about 1810 in York Co., PA, Who married Susannah Vale on 15 January 1835 in York Co. He was a son of Joseph Blackford and Elizabeth Gattetson. Warrington Quaker records for the area indicate Susannah "having moved their church membership to Columbiana, Ohio",in August 1935. I am of the opinion, but not sure, that they later moved to Iowa. Their children: Christiana...Arminata, who married Thomas Beaumont ...Robert, who died in the army...and Frances.

I have info on Joseph & Elizabeth's family and will share with interested researchers.
