Samuel,

You don't know who your grandparents are? If you dont'
have a copy of your father's birth certificate, I
would start with ordering one, or requesting a copy of
your father's social security application. That will have
some information. With you grandparents dates of birth,
etc., you can check on birth certificates for them too.
You can them start looking for them in U.S. census records
and possibly find names of other relatives. The public
census records only go up to 1930 so that kind of limits
your research.

You can also "Google" Juaneno Band of MissionIndians .
There is quite a bit on line. Also, check out the
Huntington Park Library American Indian Resosurces.
They have all types of records.
