Looking for information on my maternal grandmother, Carmen Valdez-Wong-Guild

I am looking for information on my maternal grandmother, Carmen Valdez. I have been told she was originally from New Mexico and married a Cantonese man by the name of Joe Wong. Other than that, I have no other information on her.

If anyone could assist in my search, that would wonderful!
