I am looking for info on a Sarah Alice Vaden. She was born in abt. 1869 Alabama. She is found in the 1870 Colbert Co. Al. with her parents John and (Mary) Safronia Vaden, 1880 Lauderdale Co. Tn. with her mom, Mary Vaden.
According to info that I have found I think she may have married 1st a Rutledge. Think she went to Hopkins Co. TX, prior to this marriage maybe. There was the 1st. 3 children born in TX, then two more born in TN. She is then found in 1900 Haywood Co. cenuss living in the middle of Vaden's. Well at least on the census.
I have other info that suggests she went to Monroe Co. Ar. This would be, if the right Sarah Alice, where her brother William moved to.
Seems she was married several times. Having surnames as Rutledge, Johnson, Havener, and Aldridge. There could have been more. This is unknown by me at the time.
If.. I have all the right info on the right Sarah Alice Vaden. Then this is what I have found so far.
Can any one add anything to this. Give me more clues as to where to search? Or more info on Why they went to Texas or anything??
