The tombstones for Benjamin, his wife, Jeremiah and his wife Sarah Ward, are no longer there. The Bolling Reunion erected a new marker recently with all of their names on it.To drive there--take the second Pound exit off Route 23 South, the cemetery is about 6 or 7 miles up that road, stay on the road you turned on , after 3 or 4 miles you will come to a fork in the road, go to the right and keep going through the winding road until you come to a settlement, a small white church on the right, this is Flat Gap. The cemetery is behind the church.
