I am looking for information on Alfred White and Elizabeth Elvira Adams. Alfred was born in 1807, NC, and Elizabeth was born in 1828, TN. I have a marriage date of 28 Nov 1845, but no place. I don't know if they were born in NC, TN, or Wise Co., Va. I know they arrived in Va. sometime after 1850, along with Joseph Phipps,who married Alfred's sister, and ? Adams, who married Alfred's sister who was widow of George Phipps, and the Stamper family. It is actually unlikely that they were married in Wise, but any information on any of these families would be appreciated.
