WD 9-111, 5/8/1740, 9/4/1740 Samuel & Jane Moore, John & Wenefred Marmaduke to James Bailey 50 acres part of 150 which Nicholas Smith, dec. left to be divided between his three sons Nicholas, Peter and James. Nicholas, son of Nicholas sold his part to John Lamkin on 9/4/1733 and it sell to Lamkin’s two daughters Wenefred and Jane - above

Unfortunately there is no proof of a marriage to Mary Bailey, though it seems likely.
