I give unto my Son NICKLIS SMITH, the halfe of my Estate and my land to my three Sons, NICKLlS SMITH, PETER SMITH, JAMES SMITH, equally to be devided amongst the three and the other half of Chattles and House goods t.o be equally devided amongst all my Sons and Daughters except my Son. Nicholas, son of Nicholas sold his part to John Lamkin on 9/4/1733 and it sell to Lamkin’s two daughters Wenefred and Jane - above
Unfortunately there is no proof of a marriage to Mary Bailey, though it seems likely.
