Sorry, checked my notes and I do have some Mariners...so here goes..

Robert L. Mariner born 1820 in Virginia, married June 15, 1843 in Westmoreland County, Va., to Martha Mitchell, also born in 1820 in Virginia. Robert enlisted June 10, 1861 in Ohio in - Co. B., Ohio, 25th Inf. Reg., Civil War - mustered out April 4, 1863 at Burkes Station, Virginia

In the 1880 Federal Census, Washington, Westmoreland County, Va. - Robert was age 60, a farmer, and married to Martha, age 60, also in household was Lucy, Martha Ann, Albert G. and Phoeby Mariner.

The children of Robert L. Mariner and Martha Mitchell Mariner:
Lucy E. Mariner - b: abt. 1845
Albert Gray Mariner - b: abt. 1857
Martha Ann Mariner - b: abt. 1859
All children were born in Virginia.

The 1900 Federal Census shows Lucy E. Mariner as age 56, living in White Chapel, Lancaster County, Va., in the household of James L. and Pheoby Bartlett, also Lavious, thel and Nena Bartlett were the children of James L. and Pheoby.

Albert Gray Mariner married Anna Marie Gutridge. They were in Baltimore, Maryland in 1910 and 1920. Anna Marie Gutridge was born abt. 1863 in Virginia, but died in 1943 in Maryland. She was the daughter of Ransdel S. Gutridge and Elizabeth Ann Anthony. (Mentioned in my other reply to you).

Albert Gray and Anna Marie Gutridge Mariner had children:
Myrtle O. Mariner - b: abt. 1889 in Virginia
Elmer W. Mariner - b: abt. 1898 in Maryland
