Seeking any information on the Poor, Poe, Poore family in Westmoreland County: earliest date I have is for Charles Poor who was given land in Westmoreland through his service in the Revolutionary War. The land was given to son Thomas when Charles died in 1798. My line is through Frederick Poor b. 1809, d. 1854) who married Letty Weaver then Elizabeth Carpenter. Other surnames connected with this line include: Neale, Nash, Weaver, Carpenter, Anadale, Drake and then, in King George County, Olive-Weedon.
