I don't think it's the same group, but always possible. My belief that Eleazer was b. in Virginia comes from the census in 1810/1820 of Amite Co., MS where he lived at that time. I posted similar messages on quite a few of the Virginia counties, hoping to get a response from someone. I don't seem to be able to pull up much information on Virginia with the computer.

Thanks for your prompt answer. If you're researching Westmoreland Co. for Bell's, then you would probably have run across him by now.
