Kay, we have corresponded in the past. My 2-gr grandfather, Christopher Kettering/Katron/Catron owned property bordering SFHR along Alvarado Rd. at it's intersection with Bluff Hollow Road. The land (abt 500 acres) lay south of the river on both sides of Bluff Hollow Rd. running toward the Tennessee line. One portion of his land bordered that of John and Catherine Collins.
