Mt. Nebo and St. Paul's Churches

Hello:

Does anyone know anything about either of these churches as shown on an 1975 Warren County map. Both churches are in close proximity to each other at the junction of Happy Creek on Happy Creek Road going east out of Front Royal. They appear to be at the foothill of Green Hill Mountain. Are there cemeteries at either of these churches? Do they still exist today?
