Land's run info

Help anyone! My family lived in Warren Co (when it was still Shenandoah) from around 1785-1818. My ancestors name was George Oakley and he got a northern neck land grant in 1817 for 150 acres on Land's run. I've found Land's run but it was also near Ivy hill which I can't find. Are there any maps that would show this or does anyone know about where this would be. I looked in the Warren Co. history and he was not on the 1785 list of households. There were several names on John Netherton's list (Moses Allen, John Atwood) that I know were neighbors and accompanied my George to Tennessee around 1818. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Brad
