I'm curious if you have a Katherine (Catherine) Stump born 3/18/1838 in Clarke Co., VA. Her parents were Michael Stump and Harriet ?? DOB unknown. Since Clarke and Warren counties were both formed from Frederick Co. in 1836 and they adjoin each other, it is possible Michael Stump was in that southern part of Frederick Co. which became Warren Co.
My interest in Katherine Stump is as follows: she married George Riddle Royston on Nov, 30, 1858, in Frederick Co. They lived their entire life in the Millwood, Clarke Co., VA, and are buried in Old Chapel Cem. Clarke Co., VA. Any help you can provide will be much apprediated.
